NEK BG started operation in July 2004.

The company involves a legal expert, specialized in the above areas of operation. During the past few years within the framework of the company and also independently he has incorporated many firms, the majority of which were limited liability companies  and representations of foreign legal entities, according to Bulgarian legislation. Via the achieved experience and ongoing business of the incorporating and transforming of legal entities, our expert has gained enormous practical experience and a lot of contacts in the institutions that support and facilitate his work with our clients. Besides the fact that he is a fluent Russian and English speaker is an extra facilitation to our foreign clients.

Translation and interpretation services are the other direction in the activities of “NEK BG”. The company has an expert, certified translator from English, as well as holds a database of other translators. Most of the company’s collaborators are certified translators from English, specialized in different aspects of economy, pension and social insurance, bank and insurance and IT. The performed commitments include translation, synchronized, simultaneous and consecutive interpretation.

The investment-consulting services are focused on consulting private investors - physical and legal persons, in the sphere of acquisition of real estate for investment purposes, mostly in Sofia and the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, as well as in the winter resorts.
